The short driveway up to the Gloaming Hill reservoir is off Gloaming Hill Road about 75 metres north of Mapplebeck Street. It provides views across Whitireia Coastline but there is no access to the park from the lookout point.

From Titahi Bay Road turn off on to Onepoto Road and then left and go up Gloaming Hill Road. The driveway is not marked so look for it on the left about 75 metres past Mapplebeck Street near the top of the hill.
