Description

This is a DH track with steep slippery corners, man made structures, ramps, drops, gap jumps and roots aplenty. If breaking both wrists sounds like a fun Saturday then this track is for you. A sign near the top of the track names it 'mystic portal'.

Getting there

The trailhead is at the top of Connaught Terrace in Brooklyn. The entry looks like a driveway next to the main sealed track through Prince of Wales Park. Walk to the back of the grassy knoll and look for the gap in the bush. If you can't ride the first two corners it's not a good idea to continue.

Other notes

This may not be a legal track, but the WCC track access policy permits riding in Prince of Wales Park and this track has been there for a long time. Because it is hard to find conflict with walkers and other users is minimal.
