Description
This is a short connection between Darlington Road and Nevay Road. The Darlington Road end starts out going up a one-lane driveway, before turning into the bush and heading up a steep gravel path.
Most of the track in under mature tree cover, which provides a pleasant spot of shade on a hot day.
In addition to a steep gradient there's a bunch of steps along the way – about 70 in all, of which 2/3 are at the top and the other 1/3 are at the bottom.
Getting there
Bottom is on Darlington Road, about 60m from the bottom of Conviction. Head up the narrow sealed road to the end, and then up some steps that go up the hill.
Top is next to 149 Nevay Road, about 0.4km down hill from the eastern end of Bootleg.
Other notes
Although there're no signs explicitly restricting bike access, the steep gradient and numerous steps make this track generally unsuited to bikes.
