Description
From the Lawson's Track intersection, cross the bridge and then embark on a very steep and occasionally slick tramping track that heads straight up a narrow valley. As you approach the top of the hill there is a set of crude switchbacks which are almost as steep and slippery as the rest of the climb up from the valley.
At the bush line the track emerges out into a grass and gorse paddock. Shortly thereafter you're faced with a triangle cut into the grass – this is the three-way intersection shown on the map. The eastern branch is a dead-end. The western end heads down a steep gully and the ridge to the bottom of the valley, where it meets The Valley Track.
Getting there
The southern branch is on Lawson's Track, about 0.45km from the picnic area.
The western branch is on a grassy mound between the picnic area and the loose stone weir on The Valley Track.
There is also a dead-end eastern branch, which ends at the boundary of the Woodridge development. At the end of White Pine Avenue (0.12km from the end of this track) there is a large sign that says "Keep Out! Private property".
Other notes
See Grenada Village for more information about Seton Nossiter Park.
At the intersection with Lawson's Track there's a laminated paper sign that says "Gully Gut Buster".
