A shortcut in the back streets of old Mitchelltown, past the back yards of houses that don't seem to have changed much since the 1920's. Starting from Old Bullock Road, which is off the no-exit Mt Pleasant Road in upper Aro Street, there is a sealed walking track descending the hill to the lower end of Mt Pleasant Road. Another short sealed walking track takes you down to Raroa Road by #177 - a neat little shack which looks like it hasn't been painted since 1940, but has a Sky tv dish! Some steps and another wide sealed track descends beside Raroa Road down to Holloway Road.

If walking up, it is quite a climb so take your time!

There is a bus stop on the corner of Holloway Road and Raroa Road.
