Description
This is a short bush walk, allow about 15 minutes. However, there is a longer (2 hour) Spooners Hill walk (route not yet shown - but it exits at 39deg 7'44.82S, 176deg 48'49.46E). As the name suggests, the area abounds with native birds including Bellbird, Tui, Rifleman, Tomtit and native Pigeon.

Getting there
Bellbird bush is signposted on the left a few kilometres before arriving at Boundary Stream reserve (see directions on Tumanako Loop). Park beside the entrance. The Spooners Hill loop track exit is a few kilometres south on Pohokura Road beside the entrance to Opouahi Station).
Other notes
The track is a little rough and muddy in places, but generally suitable for all.
