Part of a series of walkways and shortcuts through Kelburn. This walkway joins Raroa Road to Norway St/Entrance St corner. Thule Street is near Irvine Street at the bottom of Norway Street. There are few steps so it is possible to cycle Irvine Street (but it is steep!).

Walking distance from bus terminus at Holloway Road at the end of Aro St.
