Description
This is a wide and smooth forestry road that wanders along a ridge connecting the Western Hutt Hills with the Blue Mountains.
The road, and the surrounding pine plantation, is private property. The land owners do not welcome mountain bikes on to their property. Please respect their wishes. Foot traffic is OK – see the contact details below.
Getting there
Eastern end is at the top of Avro Road, in the Blue Mountains.
Western end meets the end of ECNZ pylon road, not far from the top of Kingsley.
