To provide an easy access to the plateau overlooking Karori Park, Wellington City Council has built a path up from the car park in the northeastern corner of Karori Park. The path has a gentle slope and will have a reasonably firm and wide surface.

The top of this track is directly opposite the end of The Snake, next to the picnic tables.

Starts at the car park in the northeastern corner of Karori Park, off Sunshine Avenue.

Ends on Karori Park Picnic, at the picnic tables overlooking Karori Park.
