This is a purpose-built jump track, with a series of dips and jumps along an almost 100m long straight track. The usual direction of travel on the jumps is from north to south. Note that there is a return path on the eastern side of the jump track.

Off the southern end of the track there is a narrow, overgrown track that continues into the bush. After 50m it ends in someone's back yard, so best not go there.

The northern end is less than 0.1km from the apex of Karitane Entrance, down a short steep hill.

The jumps and tracks in this part of Truby King Park are being developed by the Wellington Mountain Bike Club and Wellington City Council.
