Description
There is a short section of sealed road at either end of this track. The southern entrance is quite steep, though it isn't far to the top.
The rest of the track is a generally wide and smooth hard-packed gravel path along the ridgeline. In a few places there are good views over the city and harbour.
Getting there
Southern end heads up a sealed road into the trees at around 126 Orangi Kaupapa Road.
Northern end also heads up a sealed road at the top end of the Weld Street cul-de-sac. It is sign-posted as "Ridgeline Track".
