Description

Willow Lane is the easiest track in the Sharland Valley Trail System. Staring roughly 1.2km up Sharland road, drop down the short hill and look for a turn to the right. This is the entrance to the track. Willow Lane follows the river down, starting with a rocky section, then into a more flowy bush section. While rated as a begginner / easy track, there are sections of this track that require confidence and care. Its designed to help you develop some of the basic skills needed for single track riding. History: Originaly built and abandoned, it was rebuilt and extended over the 2010 / 2011 Summer by the department of corrections team in conjunction with the NMTBC Sharland vally Trail team.
