To be consistent with the 'Add report' link for track reports, the 'Edit' link for connecting tracks should be above the list.

Similarly, when editing the connecting tracks list for a track, the track lists and the 'Done' link move whenever a connecting track is added or deleted – which is somewhat awkward. It would be better if they didn't move – which could be achieved by repositioning them to be above the list of connecting tracks.

This would also mean that the Edit and Done links would be in the same position, which would be good from a usability perspective.
