Display milestones on a track

Sites like mapmyride show milestones when plotting a track on the map. It would be useful for Tracks to display milestones.

I've prepared a couple of examples, to see how this might work. The first example, Koru, is a fairly short track. The second example, Skyline, uses the same code to display milestones on a longer track.
