Automatically show adjacent tracks as the map view changes

An extension of 0074 would be to automatically update the tracks displayed on the map when the user changes the map view (scrolls or zooms).

This feature would be especially useful for planning an excursion that starts on one track and then progresses to others.

This feature is subject to the same limitations as 0074 with regard to the number of tracks that the map can display before it becomes too sluggish. Similar rules could be applied for limiting the number of tracks displayed.
