Description
I attempted to add an AKA for Light house track. However, clicking the "New" link resulted in the process crashing spectacularly.
The error message page was headed by "NameError in Track_aka#new". The error message continued with "Showing app/views/shared/_nav_current.html.erb where line #1 raised: undefined local variable or method 'nav_level' for #<ActionView::Base:0xb7ce03d0>", etc.

Have encountered same for adding an AKA to Nga Tuna in Wainui (previously known as Link track)
