Description
It would be useful in the absence of real gps data to allow a hand drawn path to be added.
This could be useful in some situations, especially as a starter for new tracks. Maybe it could be identified as "not from gps data", or something.
In the bad old days before the file upload option I had a simple google map line drawing script, will see if I can find it...

The Google Maps API includes functionality to draw and edit polylines – see Google's example.
