Description
It seems that track reference tags within a feature request are not parsed. External Link and image tags are parsed though.
For example, see the 'Enable embedded YouTube videos' feature request.

Ok have reproduced it. Fails on create, but if you edit then it fixes it. Which is why I couldn't see the problem you noted above.
